Welcome to the digiturnuva platform ("Platform", "Service"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the rules, your rights and your responsibilities regarding your use of digiturnuva, operated by TOKU Teknoloji Uluslararası Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. ("TOKU Teknoloji", "we", "our"). By registering for or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
1. SCOPE OF THE SERVICE
digiturnuva is a platform that enables schools, sports clubs, communities and individual users to create, manage, enter match results for and share tournaments online. The Service includes multi-sport support such as football, basketball and pickleball, statistics tracking, tournament stories and social sharing features.
2. ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY
- To use the platform, you must create an account with accurate, current and complete information.
- You alone are responsible for the security of your account and password.
- You are held responsible for all activities that occur in your account.
- Parental consent is required for users under the age of 18.
- A person may create only one account; creating fake accounts is prohibited.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
When using the platform, you undertake the following conduct:
- To act in accordance with applicable laws, public order and general morality.
- To treat other users with respect; to avoid posts containing insults, threats, harassment and discrimination.
- Not to infringe copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
- Not to attempt to use malicious code, viruses or attacks that would harm the platform's infrastructure.
- Not to use the platform for spam, advertising or unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Not to impersonate other users; not to share fraudulent or misleading content.
4. USER CONTENT
You own all content you share on the platform (tournament name, team logo, match results, player information, descriptions, etc.). However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and process the content to the extent necessary for hosting it on the platform and providing the service.
You are entirely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you share. We reserve the right to remove content that infringes rights without prior notice.
5. PAID SERVICES AND PAYMENT
- The free plan is always available for small-scale tournaments.
- Paid subscriptions and one-time tournament fees based on the number of participants are available; current prices are on the Pricing page.
- Payments are securely collected through the iyzico infrastructure; your card information is not stored by us.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Platform and the software, design, logos, visuals and texts created by TOKU Teknoloji on the Platform are the intellectual property of TOKU Teknoloji. They may not be reproduced, modified, derived from or used for commercial purposes without written permission. The name and logo "digiturnuva" are registered trademarks of TOKU Teknoloji.
7. PRIVACY
Our practices regarding the collection, use and protection of your personal data are explained in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Statement. By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these documents as well.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Platform is provided "as is". TOKU Teknoloji cannot be held responsible in the following cases:
- Incorrect or misleading information entered into the Platform by users.
- Disputes between tournament organizers and participants.
- Disruptions originating from third-party service providers (payment, email, hosting, etc.).
- Unexpected technical failures, maintenance periods and force majeure situations.
- Breach of your account's security due to your negligence.
In any case, our total liability is limited to the total of the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim arising.
9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF THE ACCOUNT
If we determine that you have violated these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend your account without warning or to close it permanently. Likewise, you can delete your account at any time through the settings. Closing the account does not affect existing legal obligations and fees already paid.
10. CHANGES
We may update these Terms of Use whenever we deem necessary. When significant changes are made, we will notify you through the Platform or by email. Continuing to use the Platform after the changes take effect means that you accept the current Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Aksaray Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes arising from these Terms. Users acting as consumers reserve the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
