Tournament Management Platform Prices

The free package offers unlimited tournament creation with up to 8 participants. Automatic fixtures, live standings table, bracket, player stats and share visuals are all included. It's enough for small tournaments (company, neighborhood, friend group).

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card and bank transfer/EFT. All payments are processed with iyzico assurance — your card details are not stored in our system. A corporate or individual invoice is issued automatically.

A full refund can be made before the tournament fixture is generated. After the fixture is generated, a refund is not possible because system resources have been used. Details are on our refund policy page.

Choose your package based on the number of teams or players joining your tournament. If you're unsure, pick a higher package — empty slots cause no issues. If the participant count exceeds the package limit, the system won't let you create the tournament and will ask you to select a suitable package.

Yes. You can upgrade before the fixture is generated — you pay the difference and the tournament continues with the new limits. After the fixture is generated, the participant count is fixed.

Yes. A corporate invoice can be requested by entering your tax number and company details during payment. The invoice is sent automatically by email after payment.

One-time packages are valid for a single tournament — suitable if you're organizing one event. Subscription plans, on the other hand, grant multiple tournaments over an annual period; they're more advantageous for schools, clubs and organizations that run tournaments regularly.

Football, basketball and pickleball are ready by default. Each sport works with its own rules: points/goals/sets distinction, scoring (3-1-0 or 2-1-1), and stat columns (rebounds, assists, MVP) are set automatically. If you need another sport, contact us and we'll add it.
