Refund and Cancellation Policy — Digiturnuva Subscription

As TOKU Teknoloji Uluslararası Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. ("TOKU Teknoloji"), our refund and cancellation policy regarding the services we provide through the digiturnuva platform is stated below.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Within the scope of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the purchase of the service without giving any reason.

2. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Services whose performance has begun within the withdrawal period with the consumer's consent
• Services performed instantly in electronic form (e.g. after a tournament is created)
• Participation fees for tournaments that have already started
• Premium membership services that have started to be used

3. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

3.1. You can submit your refund request through the following methods:

3.2. You must provide the following information in your refund request:

• Full Name
• Email address (account email)
• Order/Transaction number
• Reason for refund

4. REFUND PROCESS AND TIMING

4.1. Your refund request is evaluated within 3 business days after it is received.

4.2. For approved refund requests, the repayment, depending on the payment method used:

• Credit Card: Refund to the card within 5-10 business days
• Debit Card: Refund to the account within 5-10 business days

4.3. The refund period may vary depending on your bank's processing time.

5. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

5.1. You can cancel your monthly or annual subscriptions at any time.

5.2. The cancellation remains valid until the end of the current period.

5.3. No partial refund is made for unused periods.

6. TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION FEES

6.1. A full refund is made for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tournament starts.

6.2. A 50% refund is made for cancellations made 24-48 hours before the tournament starts.

6.3. No refund is made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tournament starts.

6.4. A full refund is made for tournaments cancelled by the tournament organizer.

7. EXCEPTIONAL CASES

An evaluation outside the standard policy may be made in the following cases:

• Inability to use the service due to technical issues
• Incorrect charging
• Force majeure
